- Early Stage Engagement: We engage with developers at the earliest stages of construction to match newly completed rental units with prospective tenants.
- PDI (‘Pre-Delivery Inspection’) Service: We guide you through the inspection and resolution processes.
- Tenant Screening: We verify Tenant references, employment and credit histories. We interview Tenants to ensure that we have found the ideal tenant for your unit.
- Tenant Occupancy Assistance: We conduct inspections with new tenants prior to occupancy and coordinate turnover of the unit with condo management and board as required.
- Financial Management: We provide a turnkey financial management solution including collection of rent, obtain approval of unit expenses, and electronically transfer all net receipts to owners on a monthly basis.
